Tata Punch 2025

Latest Update: The test mule of the Tata Punch facelifted has been spotted testing, and this might be the first sighting of the updated micro SUV. Based on the spy images, it is expected to get an updated front look.

Launch: Tata could launch the Punch facelift by June 2025.

Price: It could be priced from Rs 6 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards.

Seating Capacity: The Punch facelift will be a 5-seater offering.

Engine And Transmission: The 2024 Tata Punch is expected to be powered by the same 1.2-litre petrol engine (88 PS / 115 Nm) as the existing Punch. The unit is mated to either a 5-speed manual transmission or a 5-speed AMT. The same engine will also be offered with CNG with a reduced power output of 73.5 PS and 103 Nm (in CNG mode). The CNG variants of the Punch will be available with a 5-speed manual transmission only.

There’s also an all-electric version of the micro SUV, called Tata Punch EV.

Features: Tata could equip the Punch facelift with amenities like a bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 10.25-inch fully digital driver’s display, ventilated front seats, and air purifier. Features such as sunroof, automatic AC, and cruise control will also be retained.

Safety: Its safety kit will likely include six airbags, a 360-degree camera, electronic stability control (ESC), and tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS).

Rivals: The Tata Punch facelift’s direct rival will be the Hyundai Exter, while it will also serve as an alternative to the likes of the Nissan Magnite and Renault Kiger.
